Kundalini Yoga

Awaken your potential energy through pranayama (breathwork), asana (physical movements/postures), and the sound current (mantra). These kriyas will help you to balance your endocrine, lymphatic, pulmonary, vascular, and muscular system to name just a few!

Kundalini offers a wide variety of practices blended into one class. This mixing is what makes Kundalini creative and uniquely suited to help you build peace of mind while providing the needed maintenance the body craves!

You can expect:
1. Mantra (using words and throat tones to vibrate)

2. Pranayama (active or passive breathing practices)

3. Asana (physical poses or exercises)

4. Meditation (practices to strengthen your mind and stillness)

This class is open to all. We offer modifications if needed and most of all we encourage you to peacefully honor your own body throughout the practice. Ask us for more details!
