Restorative yoga was born of Iyengard Yoga and Jon Kabat-Zinn's Mindfulness. It is a gentle practice that focuses on building your awareness towards the energetic power your body holds.

This peaceful atmosphere is perfect for honing the skills necessary to catch early signs of fatigue and detrimental nervous system activations. Awareness is the key that gives you the willpower to cultivate the restfulness you crave.

Once you find your energetic center you may become empowered to cleanse the energy vampirism from your life in all forms including but not limited to:

  • things that trigger your nervous system

  • people that do not serve your higher purpose

  • food that knocks your energy from out from under you
