This practice brings about sensations similar to anxiety, yet they are not. If we give it an honest go, and press into our edges, we will indeed find peace within the discomfort. It will help anxiety, by getting comfortable in it!

Best practiced with time to integrate after. Writing in a journal, talking things through, breathing deep with our feet on the ground, or some Qi Gong are all great practices.

The Practice. Inhale nose, exhale mouth, then at the end we pause with the breath out. NO EFFORT IS GIVEN!
