Vinyasa Flow Yoga: Open Level

This class is for students who have a foundation of the basic sun salutation poses and are looking to expand on that flow.

Each pose will be instructed with modifications for all skill and flexibility levels, body types, and to accommodate for injuries or limited mobility if needed.

Cassie

Cassie is a 200CYT of Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga.

Cassie is passionate about helping others to find a groundedness through breath, yoga asana, and meditation. She enjoys teaching and helping others to find a practice that works for them. She strives to teach with care and enthusiasm to help her students feel supported and engaged. She focuses on movement with the breath, correct alignment for your specific body, and creating a fun and challenging vinyasa flow. As a practitioner of yoga for over 15 years she has had a long engaging experience with yoga. Now as a certified teacher, she is excited to share the practices that have helped improve and maintain her physical, emotional, and spiritual health. She looks at teaching as a partnership, and is eager to help students deepen their own practice in and out of the studio.
