"Super knowledgeable. Welcoming and encouraging."

-Katie Erickson

"I HIGHLY recommend Through Breath Yoga! Explore the options available and walk into a wondrous guided experience into self. Sound baths, breath work, somatic movement, energy work (Reiki), with various types of Yoga (Yoga nidra, Ashtanga Yoga, Kundalini Yoga) and so much more! Rest, relax and restore YOU! Just step in (schedule posted online) or zoom to slow down and ease yourself into harmony. I'll be checking out their unlimited membership at the beginning of the year! It's a great way to take time for YOU. They are open to discussions and always looking for more teachers. I love that! I learn something new each time. I've also experience a retreat by them that far surpassed any expectations. I enjoyed various modalities and made such beautiful connections with the most amazing souls. I felt so peaceful and was guided deep within to tackle some heavy stuff but in a great and compassionate way. I hope you go, Wichita! Go checkout this amazing place and all that it offers. Get curious and explore!"
