
This class is for students who have a foundation of the basic sun salutation poses and are
looking to expand on that flow. These classes will connect your movement with your breath and
create flexibility of body and mind. Each class will build towards a peak pose that will take your
practice deeper. Each pose will be instructed with modifications for all skill and flexibility levels,
body types, and to accommodate for injuries or limited mobility if needed. Come join us for an
