Vinyasa Flow Yoga - Cassie

Join us for an active engaging flow to build strength and flexibility. Foster your deeper connection to your inner self by connecting your movement with your breath to create flexibility of both body and mind.

This class is for students who have a foundation of the basic sun salutation poses and are looking to expand on that flow. Each pose will be instructed with modifications for all skill and flexibility levels, body types, and to accommodate for injuries or limited mobility if needed. Each class will build towards a peak pose that will take your practice deeper.
