We are looking for 5 people to volunteer for our Fall Clothing Swap featuring Hollydaze Exchange!

This volunteer activity will involve lifting heavy bags, hanging, folding, bending up, bending down and speaking to guests as they come in! .ou may want to bring a snack, we have a small mini refrigerator for drinks and small containers

Each volunteer will receive one guest pass for a yoga class as a gesture of our gratitude!

Private Sound Healing Session

Your 60-minute Private Sound Healing Session is more than just a relaxing way to spend your time—it’s a proven method to reduce blood pressure, lower heart and breath rate, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system, which promotes healing, restfulness, and digestion.

This offering is thoughtfully designed to guide you—or you and your group—into a total state of bliss, using a variety of sound technologies. From singing bowls, gongs, and crystal pyramids to chimes, tingsha bells, rain drums, tongue drums, and more, we create a personalized, restorative session tailored to your needs.

This experience is ideal for tired staff seeking rejuvenation, anxious friends or support groups, special celebrations like birthdays, or simply just for you.

What to expect:

  • After booking, you’ll receive an email to schedule your Discovery Session. During this session, we’ll confirm the number of guests, instructor and sound technology preferences, and any additional add-ons.
  • Private Sound Healing Session for up to 8 guests, or just yourself. Additional guests are welcome at $10 per person, up to a maximum of 20 guests.
  • Optional add-on for an extra hour including light vegetarian or vegan snacks, water, and hot tea. This time allows you to reflect on your session and deepen your connection with the experience and your group. ($Varies)

Pricing: $150 balance is due upon scheduling. Any additional guests or requested add-on services will be charged at the time of service.

Kundalini Foundations

Kundalini Foundations is a preparatory introduction to Kundalini Yoga and is held on rotating Saturdays and Sundays.

The classes are designed with you in mind; open to all yoga curious and experienced yogis of every shape, size, and *age alike.

The two part classes are a mix of teachings and practices to bring you the experience needed to give you a basic knowledge to confidently participate in both beginner and intermediate Kundalini classes.

You will learn about various topics:

Beginner's Yin Yoga

This 75-minute yin yoga full-body class, led by Owen, is designed to provide a profound stretch and promote ultimate relaxation. Focusing on beginner basics, participants will confidently navigate poses that open the spine, chest, and shoulders, release tension in the lower back, quads, and knees, and deeply stretch the hips. Each posture is held for extended durations, allowing the body to be still and release restrictions. These yin yoga full-body deep stretches are intended to increase flexibility, reduce stress, and accelerate muscle recovery. Whether you're new to yin yoga or have an established routine, the focus on deep, passive stretching makes it accessible to all levels.

If you are looking for a serious, no distraction Yoga Class, this class is not for you. This Yoga class is open to all ages.

You can expect a family friendly environment designed to immerse your whole community in a dynamic sound experience. Pillows, eye masks, blankets, loose clothing and other comfy items are encouraged.

Children under the age of 18 are required to have an adult ticket holder present in studio.

Join Hope as we journey into a restorative yoga practice bathed in candlelight. We will burn Tribal Soul incense, with sage and palo santo tastefully into the atmosphere through out the practice. A sweet myriad of nature sounds will fill the air as you unwind your mind and let your body soften and rest.

If you want to bring your favorite essential oil, be our guest. Some delicate rose oil can be provided upon request.
