The Three Weavers Experience will guide you through a purposeful ceremonial passage weaving this planetary expression of Spring into your full embodiment of wisdom, nourishment and alignment.

Kirtan is the practice of devotional song originating from India; set between the Middle East and Southeast Asia, India holds so much crossover and integration between multiple major belief systems, including Islam, Hindi, and Buddhism, and many more. These faiths carry Kirtan with them as a means of building community and personal devotion.

Kundalini Foundations is a preparatory introduction to Kundalini Yoga and is held on rotating Saturdays and Sundays.
The classes are designed with you in mind; open to all yoga curious and experienced yogis of every shape, size, and *age alike.
The two part classes are a mix of teachings and practices to bring you the experience needed to give you a basic knowledge to confidently participate in both beginner and intermediate Kundalini classes.
You will learn about various topics:
*Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent.
*Bandhas are not recommended for people with high blood pressure, vertigo, high inter-cranial pressure, pregnant or first day of menstrual cycle.

If you are looking for a serious, no distraction Yoga Class, this class is not for you. This Yoga class is open to all ages.

What to Expect in Each Session:
Register online to get in line! We will have a sign up sheet at the door if you want to present your show and tell we will put your name on the list. The amount of time we have will be shared accordingly each session.
