Saturday Morning Yoga: Restore & Rise

Start your weekend with intention, clarity, and calm. This 60-minute class is thoughtfully curated to gently alleviate the physical, mental, and emotional effects of anxiety and depression. Through mindful movement, grounding breathwork, and soul-nourishing affirmations, we’ll release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect to our sense of self-power and inner peace.

Expect a blend of slow-flowing sequences, restorative postures, and simple breathing techniques designed to calm the nervous system and lift your spirit. We’ll close with a guided meditation to cultivate clarity, presence, and gratitude — leaving you refreshed, centered, and ready for the day ahead.

Open to all levels. No experience necessary. Mats, props, and an open heart are welcome. Intention: Restore balance. Reclaim your power. Rise with peace.
