Who are Through Breath Instructors?

Through Breath Instructors are guides who share their knowledge, experience, and presence to support others on their journey. At our studio, instructors foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment, empowering students to discover their own wisdom and strength through practice.
Instructors have completed at least 200 h0urs of training and are FIRST AID/CPR/AED certified. They are dedicated to the journey of self-alignment with the goal of achieving balance. This dedication involves actively engaging in skill enhancement, reflective practices, and prioritizing well-being to foster a deeper connection with the higher state of consciousness beyond personal identity. It embodies an individual's true essence or core being, often considered the unchanging, connected source of wisdom, unity, and inner peace.

Space holders are people like you that wish to connect and share space with the Through Breath Community. They help to create our community offerings that are donation based and focused finding common ground, communal support, and spiritual strength.
